Snap the site, say the job, get a draft estimate
Type or say what the job is, and the photos you took on the site visit get read too. TrackOver drafts the lines with quantities, priced from your own numbers: your price book, your machine and crew rates, and quotes you've sent before. Every line says where its price came from, so you know which ones to double check before it goes out.

How TrackOver handles it
Reads your site photos
The photos on the lead and the estimate are read along with your description, up to six pictures per draft.
Type it or say it
Describe the job the way you'd tell your foreman: "dig 120 ft of trench 4 ft deep, 4 inch drain, stone, backfill, seed the lawn".
Your prices, not internet prices
Prices come from your price book, your machine rates and crew pay, and your past quotes for similar work.
Every line says where its price came from
Price book, machine and crew rates, past quotes, or a guess. A guessed price is tagged "check it", so a guess never passes for your number.
What it assumed, in plain words
The draft lists what it assumed to get its quantities, like access through the side gate, so you can fix anything it got wrong.
Nothing goes out on its own
The lines land as ordinary editable rows. Nothing is saved or sent to a customer until you do it.
Common questions
Will it send an estimate without me?
No. It only adds draft lines to the estimate you're writing. You review, change what you want, and send it yourself.
Where do the prices come from?
Your own numbers first: your price book, your machine and crew rates, and your past quotes. When nothing matches, it makes a market guess and tags that line so you check it.
