Housecall Pro alternatives
Housecall Pro is built around residential service visits and a lot of crews are happy on it. If you are comparing, start with the criteria, then the options. They are in alphabetical order, not ranked, and we make one of them.
Last checked 2026-10-24. Each price below shows the date it was read.
Why people look around from Housecall Pro
- Its plans include 1, 5 or 8 users, with extra users priced on the top plan. If your crew is between those sizes, work out the real monthly bill.
- Its pricing page lists no free plan; it offers a 14 day trial with no card.
- It describes itself as built for home service professionals. Machines, markout tickets and long site jobs are not named on the pages we checked.
