What is TrackOver?

TrackOver is software for the dirt world, built inside a working excavation company. It replaces the stack of single-purpose apps contractors juggle for photos, time, messaging, jobs, maps, and billing with one synced platform. You pick the 'Ops' app built for your trade (DirtOps for excavation and utility work, with SnowOps and FiberOps on the way).

How much does it cost?

Plans are priced per user with a 3-seat minimum: Pro is $19/user/mo, Premium $39/user/mo, and Elite $69/user/mo. There's also a free plan and a 7-day free trial on every paid plan. No card required to start.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You can start a free account or a 7-day free trial without a card. You only add billing when you decide to keep a paid plan.

What's the difference between the free plan and a demo?

The free plan lets you use TrackOver yourself, limited to 3 jobs and photos so you can kick the tires. A free guided demo is better if you want the full picture. We load a complete sample account and walk you through every feature live, so you see everything the paid plans do before you commit.

Can my whole crew use it?

Yes. Office staff and field crews share the same live data. Field crews each get their own login on the mobile app; office admins work from the web portal. Pricing is per seat so you only pay for the people who need access.

Will it work on phones in the field?

Yes. TrackOver has a dedicated mobile app for field crews. Photos with GPS, clock in/out, messaging, and job details all work from the jobsite. The office works from any web browser.

I do more than one trade, snow in winter and dirt in summer. Does that work?

That's exactly what TrackOver is built for. Every product shares the same core, meaning your customers, sites, and crew. When SnowOps, LawnOps, and FiberOps launch, you'll add them as an affordable upgrade and your data carries right over. No re-entering anything.

Can I share photos with my customers?

Yes. You can send a customer a clean photo gallery through a simple link. No account or app required on their end.

How do I get my existing data in?

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and each company's data is isolated to that company. Photos and files are backed up automatically so you're not relying on a phone that could be lost or broken.
