Software for the people who do the work.
TrackOver was built inside a working field company, not a software office. Jobs, crews, stamped site photos, equipment, time, and billing in one place, synced between the field and the office. If your crews work out of trucks and the money is made on the jobsite, this was built for you.
One platform. An app for every trade.
Every TrackOver product shares the same core: your customers, sites, and crew. Run one trade in the summer and another in the winter and nothing gets left behind. Own one app, add another for an affordable upgrade.
Jobs, photos, time, maps, as-builts, and customer galleries. One app for the whole crew.
Track storms, materials, per-site triggers, and whether each storm actually made money. Your TrackOver data comes with you.
Routes, crews, recurring services, and property history for lawn and landscape. Same customers as SnowOps, opposite season.
Footage, splicing, locates, permits, and prime-contractor as-builts for fiber and telecom buildouts. Built for the broadband boom.
Tons placed, area covered, mix and crew in a daily production log that turns into your season book. Built for asphalt the way TrackOver is built for dirt.

Built by contractors who'd had enough
We ran a small contracting business buried in a stack of apps. One for photos, one for time, one for the crew chat. Paying for all of it and still disorganized. One day we'd had enough, so we built TrackOver instead.
Read our story →One app instead of four
Most crews pay for a separate tool for photos, one for time, one for messaging, and each does a single thing. TrackOver does all of it, plus jobs, routing, as-builts, and customer galleries.
One login, one bill, one tool the whole crew already knows. Usually for less than the pile of apps it replaces.

Questions, answered
The stuff contractors actually ask us. Still not sure? Talk to a human.
What if it's just me right now?
Plans start at three seats. Run solo today and two of those seats sit open until you want them. Bring on a hand, a sub, or someone in the office and drop them in whenever. Leave them empty for a year if that's how it goes. You are not paying extra to have room to grow.
If someone quits, do I lose their photos?
No. Every photo anyone shoots on the clock lands in your company account, not on their phone. Remove the person and you keep all of their work. They just lose access to it.
How long do you keep my photos and data?
As long as you are with us, we keep all of it, organized right where you left it. If you ever decide to leave, export everything before you go. Nothing gets held hostage.
Will this fill up my phone?
No. Photos go straight to the cloud instead of your camera roll, so a full day on site does not clog your phone or your personal photos.
Is my data safe?
Yes. It is encrypted on the way to our servers and stored in the cloud, and every company's data is walled off from every other. Automatic backups mean a lost or cracked phone never takes a job down with it.
Do the measuring and video tools need a special phone?
LiDAR measurements need one phone or tablet on your team with a LiDAR sensor. Once that device takes a LiDAR photo, anyone on any device can pull measurements from it later. Everyday photos and video work on the regular mobile app.
What if I run more than 50 people?
That is what our Enterprise plan is for. You get everything in Elite plus central account control, single sign-on, tailored onboarding, and a dedicated account manager. Talk to sales and we build it around your operation.
