ServiceTitan alternatives

ServiceTitan is built for larger home-service operations with office staff, and for those shops it earns its price. If you run a smaller outfit, here is what to check and who else to look at. Options are in alphabetical order, not ranked, and we make one of them.

Last checked 2026-10-24. Each price below shows the date it was read.

Why people look around from ServiceTitan

  • ServiceTitan does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Starter, Essentials and The Works, says pricing is per technician, and offers a demo.
  • No free plan or trial is offered on its pricing page, so you cannot try it before talking to sales.
  • It is built for call booking, memberships and reporting at scale. A small crew may not use most of that.

What to check before you choose

  1. 1
    A price you can see
Ask for the full monthly cost for your headcount in writing, including setup, training and any contract term.
  2. 2
    Who will run it
Bigger platforms assume an admin. If the owner is also the dispatcher, favor something you can set up this week.
  3. 3
What your trade needs on the job
811 tickets, machine hours, route files. Ask each vendor to show it.
  4. 4
    Trial
A free plan or trial lets the crew vote before you commit.
  5. 5
Getting your data in and out
Ask how customers and jobs come over, and whether you can export everything.
