Utah 811 rules

In Utah you call Blue Stakes of Utah 811: not less than 48 hours (business days, from 8:00 a.m.) before excavation begins. Ticket life: 21 days; if work continues, renew at least 48 hours but no sooner than 7 calendar days before expiry (each renewal is valid 21 days).
