Minnesota 811 rules

In Minnesota you call Gopher State One Call: at least 48 hours, excluding day of notification, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and not more than 14 calendar days before excavation. Ticket life: 14 calendar days from start time; new notice 48 hours before expiration, or 6 months if excavator arranges periodic mark refresh with operators.
