Alaska 811 rules

In Alaska you call Alaska Digline (Alaska 811): at least 2 working days, not more than 15 working days; remote areas 10-20 working days. Ticket life: 15 working days (Alaska Digline's rule; the statute sets no expiry). Call by the 13th working day to update if work continues.
