North Dakota 811 rules

In North Dakota you call North Dakota One Call: 48 hours, counted from 12:01 a.m. the day after the request and excluding weekends and holidays. Ticket life: may not use a locate more than 21 days after planned excavation date; if no excavation within the initial 21 days, request a relocate (excavator pays on 3rd locate with no digging).
