New York 811 rules

In New York you call Dig Safely New York (upstate) / New York 811 (NYC & Long Island): at least two but not more than 10 working days, not including the date of the call, before commencement. Ticket life: no fixed expiry in the rule, but postponing the start by more than 10 working days needs a new notice.
