In Georgia you call Georgia 811: operators get 2 full business days, counted from 7:00 a.m. the first business day after the request. Ticket life: work must commence within 30 calendar days of the effective date; new request needed after.

Width of facility or sewer lateral plus 18 inches on either side.
White lining (premarking)
When the site can't be described with sufficient particularity (as practical).
