Switching from Jobber to TrackOver

Download your lists from Jobber as CSV files and drop them into TrackOver. Columns are matched by their names (Client name, Service street, Job #, E-mails and so on), and you can fix any match with one dropdown.

How it works

    Download your lists from Jobber
    Look for Export or Download on each list in Jobber. Its own help pages show exactly where. CSV or Excel both work.

    Drop the file into TrackOver
    Sign in as the owner or a manager, go to trackover.io/import, pick what the file holds, and drop it in.
  3. 3
    Check the columns and the rows
    We match the columns for you and show every row. Fix a match with one dropdown if it's wrong.

    Import, and undo if you need to
    Rows are saved in batches while you watch. If it isn't what you wanted, Undo takes the whole import back out for 24 hours.

Good to know

  • A client with several emails or phone numbers in one cell comes in with the first of each.
  • A job's total from the old file is kept in its office notes for reference. It isn't turned into an invoice.
  • CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files both work, up to 4 MB and 20,000 rows each. Split a bigger list into a few files.
  • You see every row before anything is saved: what's ready, what's already in TrackOver, and what can't come in and why.

Safe by design

See it before it's saved
Every row is checked first. Rows that can't come in say why, and you can download them to fix.
No duplicates, nothing overwritten
Anything already in TrackOver is skipped, never changed. Same name but different phone and email? You decide.
Undo for 24 hours
One tap takes an import back out. Anything your team has worked on since stays.
No automatic texts
Imported customers and leads aren't signed up for automatic texts like reminders and follow-ups until they've said yes.
No surprise seats
Imported team members come in switched off: no login, no invite, no charge until you turn them on.
Owners and managers only
Only the office can import, and everything stays inside your company's account.
